In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The jayi9 website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on the Platform or uses its services.
• "Account" — Your personal registered account on jayi9.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jayi9 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No payment methods outside the approved list may be used.

4.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. jayi9 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

4.4 Ownership of Funds

All funds deposited into your account must be your own and lawfully obtained. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using third-party funds is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jayi9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own conditions, which will be stated in the offer description.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• jayi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If any strategy is used to exploit bonuses, the account may be terminated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from them are withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 VIP & Loyalty Program

jayi9 offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback for Gold. 6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). jayi9 is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all games. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the affected bets will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
